The AI Concierge business model
AI Concierge is a done-with-you consulting business model taught by Corey Ganim. An operator helps a business owner build AI into the business over regular strategy calls and ongoing voice-message access, one workflow at a time, using the AOA framework.
Work with Corey
Corey takes on AI Concierge clients himself. If you own a business and want to build AI into it alongside him, tell him about your business and he’ll talk through fit and pricing with you directly.
Get in touch →How it works
- Two 45-minute strategy calls a month. The client shares their screen and you build with them live.
- Voice messages between calls. Ongoing Voxer access, with a reply within 12 business hours, Monday to Friday.
- One shared Notion hub. Quick links, open action items, a call log and a list of everything you built.
- One workflow at a time. Audit it, optimize it, then automate it with AOA. Document it, train the team, and move to the next one.
The usual route in is an AI assessment, which exposes the work that belongs in a recurring engagement. The best-fit clients Corey describes are owner-led service businesses with repetitive work, visible bottlenecks and the budget to act.
How it differs
| AI Concierge | AI agency | Concierge software | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | Done-with-you consulting | Done-for-you builds | A product for hotels and customer service |
| Who builds | The client, guided by you on the call | The agency | The vendor |
| How it’s priced | Monthly retainer | Usually per project or retainer | Usually a subscription |
| What the client keeps | Working systems and the know-how to use them | The delivered system | Access while subscribed |
The price ranges Corey teaches operators
| Floor | $1,000 a month |
|---|---|
| At two clients | Raise to $1,500 a month |
| After that | Keep raising in $500 steps until someone says no |
| Capacity | Cap at six clients, then raise prices and start a waitlist |
| Monthly math | 10 clients at $1,000, or 5 clients at $2,000, equals $10,000 a month |
What operators charge their own clients, as Corey teaches it. These are not Corey’s own rates, and this is teaching guidance, not an earnings promise.

Questions
Is AI Concierge software?
No. AI concierge software for hotels and customer service is a different category. Here the term means a consulting engagement, where a person helps a business owner put AI to work.
How much should an operator charge for an AI Concierge engagement?
Corey teaches a floor of $1,000 a month. At two clients, raise to $1,500, then keep raising in $500 steps until someone says no. Cap it at six clients, then raise prices and start a waitlist.
How much time does each client take?
About 1.5 hours of scheduled calls a month per client, plus Voxer replies, preparation and admin.
How is this different from an AI agency?
An agency builds for the client and hands over the result. In a concierge engagement the client builds alongside you on the call, so they understand the system and keep using it.
Do I need to be technical to offer it?
No, but you do need to know the tools you use. Corey recommends standardizing on one core stack rather than learning a different one for each client.
